Return Policy Return Policy

Returns 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return and refund. We have a 20% restocking fee policy that will apply to returns. It is at our sole discretion to waive the fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- Perishable goods
- Downloadable software products 
- Anything with obvious signs of use 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery  
- Any sale item 

To start a return, you can contact us at sales_ca@cncshop.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
Please start by contacting us at sales_ca@cncshop.com for more information about how to submit your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds  
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales_ca@cncshop.com.

Exchanges 
We do not offer exchanges. A return with refund coupled with a new purchase will be required.
